Artists working from their imagination tend to wrestle with ideas and feelings located on a subconscious level. Consequently, Imagined (2019) is an exhibition that explores the work of fifteen artists’ who create work from their imaginings. Interspersed with varying subject matters, each artist plumbs the depths of their imagination as well as providing a glimpse into their creative trajectory. Overall, the exhibited works cast a curious eye on our world providing viewers with new perspectives.

GROUP Exhibition AT Vernissage GALLERY
Vernissage opened its doors with a stunning group show by some of Melbourne’s best photographic artists across the genres of portraiture, landscape, abstract and architectural photography. With a superb range of style and colour palette, together with exquisite aesthetic beauty, this exhibition promises to be a visual feast. The Contemporary Art Awards hosted the Femme Magnifique series for a special on-line exhibition via their website www.contemporaryartawards.com during February 2018 for one month.
This on-line exhibition was able to reach out to other countries with a fantastic on-line result with over 1500 unique views from around the globe.

The Femme Magnifique series was a look behind the curtain at the opulent world of burlesque.
The exhibition opened at the Jackman Gallery with a block buster event with over 190 people attending and three live performances by some of the best burlesque performers in Australia.
