Melbourne photographic Artist
If there is one thing I've developed over two decades photographing artworks and objects for auction houses Christies and Sotheby's, it's an obsessive eye for detail and composition.
I've photographed an enormous and diverse range of amazing objects over the years, and during that time my technical skills have been honed to a level bordering on military precision. Or maybe closer to OCD...
But what I've found missing throughout this experience is the ability to express myself creatively.
Consider this my outlet.
I think the art of Burlesque so resonated with me because it's completely unrestrained - when there are no rules the creative possibilities are endless.
Femme Magnifique is my first major photographic art based series although I'm continuing to explore live performance art and the vaudeville scene I will be releasing a whole new series of works over the coming year.
The Femme Magnifique Series has accumulated a series of awards and exhibitions as well as being in a host of publications from the Weekend Australian to Italian magazine Panorama.
